Parkade revolutionizes parking management for apartments, condos, and offices in the 21st century.

For buildings that rent parking spaces to tenants, guests, and staff, Parkade offers a digital solution that eliminates the need for spreadsheets or paper leases. With Parkade, property managers can securely lease parking spaces to their building occupants on a short-term or long-term basis.

In addition, Parkade enables the efficient sharing of empty parking spaces among a building's tenants and staff. This innovative approach maximizes parking utilization and eliminates the frustration of finding a parking spot for guests when a significant portion of an apartment building's parking remains unused overnight.

In short, Parkade utilizes technology to significantly improve parking management for your building.

Parking spaces can be designated for electric vehicles, providing convenient EV charging access in your building. Furthermore, Parkade supports specific markers for motorcycles, tandems, and compact cars, as well as customizable labels for better wayfinding (e.g., Level 1, Level 2).

Buildings can choose to make their parking open to the public or private/secure, allowing only trusted tenants with access to a gated garage. This eliminates the need for traditional methods such as email or bulletin boards when it comes to managing parking or sharing spots between residents or office occupants. Parkade offers a range of features designed to facilitate seamless parking sharing:

Calendars: Group members can maintain a calendar to indicate the availability of their parking spot. Adding or removing availability can be done easily with just a few taps.

Instant booking: Once spots have been made available on the calendar, any trusted tenant in the group can instantly book them, even in the middle of the night.

Payments: Parkade handles all payments and payouts, eliminating the need for manual collection of payment. Free reservations are also supported, while Parkade charges a small percentage for any paid transactions.

Monthly billing: Long-term reservations are billed on the same date each month, and spot owners are paid out accordingly.
</li>
<li>
Notifications: Renters and spot owners receive push and email notifications for important events, such as reservation reminders.
</li>
